Dalgona coffee is a beverage made by whipping equal proportions of instant coffee powder, sugar, and hot water until it becomes creamy and then adding it to cold or hot milk. Ingredients:

1. 2tbsp coffee

2. 4tbsp sugar

3. 2tbsp hot water

4. 1 cup chilled milk

5. 1/2 cup crushed ice

Method:

1. Add the sugar, coffee and hot water in a glass bowl

2. Use an electric blender and blend till the color changes to light brown.

3. Blend till soft peaks are formed.

4. Pour the milk in a glass and add the coffee mixture on top

5. Serve chilled
